How We Work
Established for over 15 years we have gained an excellent reputation for reliable and friendly service.
We aim to work quietly in the background so that you rarely need to give us a thought.
Unless
you
have
made
a
change,
we
will
always
deliver
your
regular
order
early
in
the
morning.
Changes
can
be
made
by
either,
text,
email,
phone,
Messenger
or
even
a
doorstep
note
on
the
day.
If
no
delivery
is
required
it
can
also
be
dealt
with
in
the
same
manner.
We
always
acknowledge
advance
cancellations
so
that
you
know
we have received your request.
Invoicing
is
every
4
weeks
for
those
who
prefer
to
pay
on
account,
although
we
are
also
happy
to
accept
weekly
or
fortnightly
payments.
The
choice
of
payment
method
is
yours
as
well.
Most
people
pay
by
bank
transfer but cheques or cash will be happily accepted.
If
you
have
a
query
it
is
always
dealt
with
by
either
Lindsay,
Robin
or
our
daughter,
Andréa
as
it
important
to
us that we maintain a personal approach.
